Thomas Frank is an American author, journalist. With his writing, he explores the rhetoric and impact of the 'Culture Wars' in American political life, and the relationship between politics and culture in the United States.

Tomas Young is the subject of Body of War, a documentary film by Phil Donahue and Ellen Spiro. He is a paralyzed Iraq veteran and member of Iraq Veterans Against the War. The National Board of Review named Body of War Best Documentary of 2007.
