This is the best speech on war and peace that I've ever heard. It gets to the heart of the matter. Iraq War veteran Paul Chappell lays out a plan to create a more peaceful world. Paul is a graduate of West Point. in part 3 he forgot an important (and shocking) dictatorship supported by US: Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge.
Maybe not directly, but by acknowledgement of their sovereighnty in UN.
Even post Vietnam war, Pol Pot was the enemy of the arch enemy Vietnam, who chased the Red Khmer in the end.
